Wedding Management
You are probably more familiar with the term “day-of coordination” or “month of coordination.” The reality is that it is not feasible for an event to be seamless and well executed when a planner is participating just for the “day”. We believe wedding management is a necessity - that all couples & their families should be able to relax, enjoy the precious moments throughout the wedding day, and most of all have fun!
Wedding management is a great fit for couples who want to do the majority of the planning themselves, but want a rock-star coordinator to help finalize the details and ensure their wedding day is stress free. We begin working closely with our couples 45-60 days before the wedding date, but provide unlimited communication beginning the day you book our services.
Full Planning
Our full planning package is ideal for couples whose schedules can’t accommodate the time needed for planning, those planning a destination wedding in New Orleans, and couples that feel most comfortable letting an expert handle all aspects of the wedding. We work closely with our couples to design, plan, and execute a flawless event.
Intimate Wedding
Intimate weddings and micro weddings are on the rise! This is for couples who are looking for quality face-to-face time with all of their guests and an event with exceptional attention to detail. These weddings typically have 50 or fewer guests and contain all (or most) of the elements of a traditional wedding just on a smaller scale!
Destination Wedding
Having a wedding outside of the New Orleans area? We’d love to join you. We are ready to handle the details of your dream wedding whether it is on the beach in California, a museum in Chicago, or any where in between.
A La Carte
We offer several services “a la carte” such as rehearsal dinner coordination & management, second line planning & permitting, RSVP management, welcome bags, and more. Give us a call for a full list of services.
